Psych and Lifestyle was founded by Mark Anns, a Health Psychologist and Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Mark specializes in developing innovative services and interventions that bridge psychology and lifestyle medicine, offering unique solutions for holistic well-being
