𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮
A 2025 study found that yoga may be more beneficial than other exercises for better sleep. Walking was the next best form of physical activity, followed by resistance exercise.
